Symptom narrative

The patient received her initial dose of the Shingrix vaccine on 10/19/25. She stated that she did not have any initial reaction. But later that evening, she began to experience redness, itching and swelling at the injection site. She then began to have skin reactions (selling and itching) all over body including face, stomach, legs, and buttocks. The patient went to the emergency room and was hospitalized for 3 days.
