Symptom narrative

Within the first 24 hours of receiving the shot, I had abnormally high levels of pain and stiffness in my left shoulder. I also developed a significant bruise at the site of administration. The pain and stiffness in my left shoulder has persisted and increased since the day of the injection and continues to get worse. It is affecting my range of motion and my shoulder feels fatigued. I have contacted my primary care provider and have an shoulder MRI scheduled for December 31st (first availability) but I am on a cancellation list..
