Symptom narrative

Constant pain to shoulder (with and without movement) radiating down arm affecting last 3 fingers withing 48 hrs after injection, inability to raise arm without severe pain, pain with attempting to hold things in left hand (cup, gallon of milk). Weakness to left hand. Inability to sleep due to pain. No relief with use if ice, Tylenol or Motrin. PCP prescribed Prednisone x 5 days with minimal relief and symptoms fully returned within 14 days of completing oral steroids. Now constant throbbing pain to left shoulder becoming intense with any attempt at movement. Left arm weakness. Numbness and tingling to left hand.
