Symptom narrative

Non-painful tingling/paresthesia in whole left leg, then lower half of both legs; severe for 1-2 days, then decreasing severity before going away all together within a week. Received some acetaminophen in the first few days.

Normal bloodwork; normal brain CT + MRI; normal cervical spine MRI; enhancement of the nerve roots of the cauda equina on lower spine MRI. Normal cerebrospinal fluid results.
