Symptom narrative

Pt received flucelvax and arexvy in left deltoid and capvaxive in right deltoid on the same day. Experienced fever/chills for the 1st 3 days. Also experienced pain in left arm, could not lift/pull heavy objects, no range of movement to her backside. Her doctor has done xrays/ct and could not find anything wrong. Has upcoming ultrasound. Doctor concerned this is permant damage to patient.
