Symptom narrative

Patient's son called to inform us that he had to admit his mom to the emergency room on 11/21/25 due to bad shoulder pain. Per son, the doctor told the patient that the patient's arm is infected due to infected batch of vaccines or improper vaccine administration. The son stated that his mother had to receive surgery to flush out the vaccine.
