Symptom narrative

I gave pt vaccine along with Flublok on 9/15/25. She shows up in Mid November wearing a heart Monitor. I asked her why she is wearing it she said 12-24 hours after her vaccine she had difficulty breathing and was very fatigued. She thought it was part of the side effects and didn't even call me or report it. She had a physical pre scheduled days after vaccine and MD told her she had AFib and that the difficulty breathing was related to her vaccine. She was advised to see a Cardiologist and he made her wear a heart Monitor for 2 weeks. ( still pending results)
