Symptom narrative

Immunization pain on friday after shot and some soreness on Saturday . Patient reported on sunday that the deltoid area was swollen , red and hurting and showed the pharmacist . The pharmacist reported as an event , advised patient to take ibuprofen , an antihistamine and use cool packs . If it did not improve she should check with her doctor immediately.
