Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: diagnosed cellulitis per the urgent care doc visit 11/05/2025-Medium, Additional Details: Patients wife came in 11/06/2025 to inform me that her husband experienced cellulitis from his vaccines given on 11/03/2025. Pt received 3 vaccines total - 1 in his left deltoid (Fluarix) and 2 in this right deltoid (Capvaxive and boostrix) and the pt developed a large red spot and it was warm to the touch and inflammed. pt went to the er/urgent care and was diagnosed with cellulitis and given 2 antibiotics to take.
