Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Mild, Systemic: Unable to Sleep-Mild, Additional Details: Patient called and reported the sympthoms including pain, swelling, hot to the touch but getting better by the day. I did confirm no fever. I adviced patient to put on cold compress off and on. May take ibu/tylenol for pain and swelling. I also encourage patient to increase mobility of the left arm may help elevated the pain.
