Symptom narrative

Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: patient came to pharmacy to pick up prescription for diclofenac gel which was prescribed on 11/08/2025 and informed pharmacist that the day after she got the flu shot she started to have severe shoulder pain. She is not able to use her caine anymore due to the shoulder pain. Also, she had to cancel her trip because of the pain. She saw her doctor on 11/08/2025 and doctor prescribed voltaren gel. I apologized and informed patient that I am going to write a report on this.
