Symptom narrative

Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: The Pt had the vaccine on 11/04/2025. presented no symptoms at all within the 10-15 min. after 5 day on 11/09/2025 she stopped by to report it. her skin around the inj site was red with no other symptoms (according to her). I tried to gave her Benadryl however she asked if she can have anything non-drowsy. I gave her Zyrtic and informed her to call 911 in case of any emerg. the pt was not complaining , she just want to report it for the future purposes
