Systemic: pain in her back and abdomen-Severe, Additional Details: after getting the vaccine patient experienced pain in her [redacted], that radiated across her body to her abdomen. pain occurred shortly after receiving her vaccination, while en route to the ER patient's pain subsided. according to patient her pain lasted approximately 15 minutes, I advised patient to get an MRI done regardless of how she is feeling, to make sure that there is no damage that has been done by the vaccine. Additionally, I also mentioned for her to follow up with her provider
