Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Swelling of Face / Eyes / Mouth / Tongue-Medium, Systemic: Nausea-Medium, Systemic: Tingling (specify: facial area, extemities)-Medium, Additional Details: started with severe stomach cramps a couple hours after shot, eye started to get itchy, red, and swollen, nasal congestion, swelling of lips, a couple hives on legs. all reactions on left side of body (same side as vaccine)
