Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: The parent (withheld) made appointments online for her daughters and herself to receive Covid shots. The appointment occurred during rush hour on 11.07.2025 and family had been waiting 7 minutes for vaccines. The vaccine was administred with 5/8 syringe but full dose of 0.5ml versus 0.25 ml. it was discovered as i had given the vaccine. Both ped patients over 5+ for protocol but needed 0.25 ml Spikevax that wasn't in stock @17220. Mom reported ok just soreness only no bruises and dr informed
