Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: Patient reports pain at site of injection that began night of vaccine as per typical expectation, but has been lingering/worsening. She reports pain going down her arm & also up into her shoulder. No bruising or swelling; none was noted on day of shot either. Pt was at orthopedic visit (established MD, treating for unrelated prior leg injury) - MD ordered x-ray (unremarkable) & gave coritsone shot (pt reports no improved Sx from cortisone). Pt f/u with ortho this week & will update us as well.
