Symptom narrative

Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: See comments below-Mild, Systemic: Hypotension-Mild, Additional Details: Patient presented to pharmacy on 11/10/2025, stating arm was red, hot and swollen due to vaccination. Redness was not around injection site, was two inches below and in an oblong, horizontal, irregular shape. Patient also claimed it made her "sick as a dog" the same day the redness started (2 days after vaccination). Counseled patient that it was likely not the vaccine, but she was convinced it was. Patient is recovering.
