Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Syringe failed to expell vaccine on administration. I had to re-try with a new needle. BD Glide 25 G x 5/8 inch, Exp 06-30-2029, Lot 4211339. The patient was mildly uncomfortable but otherwise unharmed.
