Symptom narrative

Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: excessive bleeding - bled through bandaid & down arm-Medium, Additional Details: after giving injection site swelled with blood & bled down arm. I applied bandaid tightly to site, apologized because it looked like she was going to bruise, let her know of bleeding and cleaned arm with an alcohol swab. Pt claims that I did not provide sufficient aftercare because she bled through the bandaid and down her arm again by the time she got in her car. when she came in next day to complain, I apologized again.
