Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Pt states he got a blister at the injection site. Blister is wet and still healing. Pt mentioned the blister that formed might not be at the injection site. Pt believes the bandage was placed at the wrong spot. Pt states he removed the bandage about 24 hours after the injection after his shower.
