Symptom narrative

Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Chills-Medium, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Medium, Systemic: Headache-Medium, Additional Details: Patient returned to pharmacy the day after recieving annual flu vaccine. Described having symptoms checked above. Stated he has never had a reaction like this before. I counseled patient on his description of flu-like symptoms and that a couple of scenarios could have happened (he described side effects of vaccines & that vaccines did carry those inherent risks, or he was already ill at time of vaccination and that symptoms presented same day). Not sure this is a true VAER--reported just in case
