Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: The patient came back to the pharmacy on 11/12/25 and stated that the vaccines were given above the left deltoid area which resulted in brusitis. He stated that he visited an orthopedic doctor and received a Cortisone shot which relieved the pain over time. The patient stated he is 95% recovered.
