Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Additional Details: Patient received vaccines on 11/02/25. on 11/03/25 she had little redness and pain. on 11/07/25 it spreaded in large area. according to patient it was 6x4 inches area. pt went to urgent care on 11/07/25 and they diagnosed cellulitis. pt is on cephalaxin since 11/07/25. now symptoms improved. pt is doing fine
