Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Additional Details: Patient felt normal walking out of the vaccine room, but as she was walking towards the chairs she fainted and lost consciousness, knocking over a clothing display. Was unresponsive for a few moments, but soon was able to answer questions and returned to normal. EMS was called to the scene and cleared her to go home. F/U with [withheld name] the husband two days later and he reports pt has no residual symptoms.
