Systemic: Droopy eyelid-Medium, Systemic: Visual Changes/Disturbances-Medium, Additional Details: Patient states she has had a droopy eyelid since receiving the covid vaccine. This has impaired her vision. I am reporting this on behalf of pharmacy manager (name withheld). She was unable to submit this report, she called the help desk. Ticket # INC5707613
