Systemic: FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS AND PNEUMONIA-Severe, Additional Details: CAREGIVER SAYS EVERY TIME PATIENT GETS A FLU SHOT HE HAS FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS AND PNEUMONIA SHORTLY AFTERWARDS. PATIENT'S DOCTOR HAS ADVISED HIM NOT TO GET THE FLU VACCINE.
