Symptom narrative

Systemic: Abdominal Pain-Severe, Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Severe, Systemic: Chills-Severe, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Severe, Systemic: Fever-Severe, Systemic: Bruising/discoloration on the lower half of left leg.-Severe, Systemic: Nausea-Severe, Systemic: Vomiting-Severe, Additional Details: Patient came into pharmacy on 11/14/25 to pick up a prescription. She told me that the night of 11/5/25, she had "flu-like symptoms" and had to go to the emergency room with her symptoms. The ER had run tests that all came back normal and a negative flu test. She also showed me some bruising/discoloration that appeared on the lower half of her left leg. Her provider believed this could be due to a medication the patient is on to thin the blood, but her platelet levels came back fine.
