Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Additional Details: Patient had stated that she had been light-headed when receiving a vaccine in the past. However, she stated that she would be able to take both the Flu & Covid vaccines. However, after giving the Covid vaccine, she had become very faint for about a minute, but then she then recovered and sat in the vaccination chair. Patient also stated that she had not eaten much before her appointment as well.
