Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: after completing the administration of all 3 vaccines IM the patient passed out in the chair for about 20-30 seconds. I was able to get him back upright in the chair, he regained conscousness and screamed. Then he was able to refocus and realized he was at pharmacy and realized who I was. We helped him to get to the chairs in Aisle 11 and asked him to sit and wait for 5-10 minutes.
