Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Additional Details: Pt went back to waiting area after vaccination. Immunizer asked twice if she felt ok, pt stated she felt fine. Pt was seated in chair in waiting room, then passed out. Fell out of chair, hit her head on the metal end cap. EMS was called. Pharmacist applied pressure to wound above eyebrow until EMS arrived.
