Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Hard knot underneath skin that has not gone away after 2 weeks-Mild, Additional Details: She came to pharmacy to let us know she still has a knot where she received vaccine a couple of weeks ago. She thought she got a tetanus shot but computer shows she received RSV in right arm and Flu in left arm on 10/27/25. She showed me the knot in her arm where it was given and it is very bruised. I told her I would report and she told me Dr is primary.
