Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: Patient was accidentally given 2 covid vaccines instead of 1 covid and 1 flu vaccine. After administering the 2nd covid vaccine, pt became unresponsive and dizzy. Paramedics were called and vitals were all within normal limits. Eventually pt felt much better and was able to walk out on her own with her husband.
