Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Additional Details: pt felt dizzy and almost passed out, only had chips previously,offered patient water ,pt recovered after drinking water within 15 min and left feeling ok
