Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Joint Pain-Medium, Additional Details: Patient reports getting Tdap vaccine out of state in October and reports having pain to left arm ever since. She reports the pain has woken her up out of her sleep before. She denies numbness or tingling to arm. Strength is normal. She reports one episode of feeling dizzy after experiencing pain to the arm. Patient declined imaging.
