Symptom narrative

Systemic: Chest Tightness / Heaviness / Pain-Medium, Systemic: Left shoulder pain, left arm weakness-Medium, Additional Details: Patient called day after vaccine complaining of chest pain around the breast/heart area with pain and weakness on the left side. RPH advised pt to go to ER due to possible sign of MI. Pt is currently in ER waiting for blood test and heart imaging results. Pt stated she informed hospital of getting the flu shot yesterday, and MD examined arm, but said no issue related adminstration technique (previously, pt thought it was given wrong because she felt needle go into her muscle).
