Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Chest Tightness / Heaviness / Pain-Mild, Systemic: severe lumbar pain, dizziness and chest pain were minor and lasted only a few seconds-Severe, Systemic: Shakiness-Mild, Additional Details: patient was able to walk out of pharmacy under own power, rescue escorted her out to complete vitals
