Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: Patient fainted 2-4 minutes after receiving vaccine. Bumped head on shelf in isle #17. Never lost consciousness. Father was there. Had him sit and drink water. Was ok to leave with his father after 30 minutes. Mother is a MD.
