Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: Patient stated have had dolor on the injection site since the vaccine was given and it's been getting worse. He feels pain when moving the arm up. He is seeing a Doctor for the pain now. He received another vaccine in that arm same day HPV (Gardasil) will process another report for this other vaccine too.
