Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Chills-Medium, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Medium, Systemic: Nausea-Medium, Additional Details: Patien came into pharmacy complaining of Rash on left arm extending from top of delt down to the middle of the upper arm, and nausea. He states when he lifts his arm above should level it feels tight. The rash area feel warm due to inflammation/rash.
