Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: pt arm was red and had a reaction to the vaccine. Went to md and decided she needed help. Arm is red and markings are about 6 inches from top to bottom and around 4 inches across. Pt is well but concerned.
