Symptom narrative

Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: Patient reported to me on 11/17/25 that after months of having shoulder pain/injury and visiting her Doctor they traced her injury back to her first shingles shot in March 2025. She said after administration pharmacist said she would probably be sore the next day because he "hit a tendon". She thought at one time she had a torn rotator cuff. She cannot raise left arm above shoulder. She said second shingles shot was fine and didn't notice a difference in condition.
