Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Chills-Mild, Systemic: Fever-Mild, Additional Details: pt presented to the pharmacy on day 3 after receiving spikevax vaccine with a raised welt on her left arm. circle of reddness was approx 1 inch high and 2 inches wide. she stated that she experienced fever, chills, body aches. she stated welt was raised, slightly warm and itchy.
