Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Additional Details: Pt got lightheaded 5-10 mints after vaccine was administered. Father did not indicate that patient is sensitive to vaccines and blood draws until after the event had occured. Patient sat down and was given water and apple juice and recovered well after a few minutes.
