Symptom narrative

Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Systemic: Headache-Mild, Systemic: Nausea-Mild, Systemic: Vomiting-Mild, Additional Details: 5 year old child was really pale after receiving flu shot and vomitted and was complaining that his head hurt. He drank some water and gatorade. mother facetimed father who is a pediatrician who tried to determine if he was having any difficulty breathing or tongue/lip swelling. I did follow up with mother about 1.5 hours later and she said he had more engery and returned to his normal self and she will also follow up with his pediatrician
