Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Itching at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Additional Details: patient has bluish back bruise with yellow color outline the size of a tangerine about 5 finger width below injection site on right arm. she noticed it a day later when she was itchy , no other major discomfort , it seems to be improving with time. LAst yearts flu shot caused a red spot in area. Recommended to get flu shot at MD office next year for more thorough monitoring if approved by MD
