Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Mild, Additional Details: Pt stated he noticed the covid vaccine that was given on the right arm was administered slightly higher than the other flu vaccine that he recieved on the left arm during the same visit. He complained of arm soreness and inflammation on the right arm where the vaccine was administered as well as tingling sensation on his elbow area. The left arm where he got the flu shot was fine. Consulted pt to contact MD if does not get any better.
