Symptom narrative

Pt complained of pain in deltoid and shoulder following injection. MRI showed edema in the humerus, infraspinatus, and radiologist reported this was likely stemming from theinjection. She was referred to ortho who diagnosed her with SIRVA, prescribed steroids and referred patient to PT.
