Symptom narrative

Client called clinic to let us know had a reaction 3 days after receiving IXCHIQ. Client states experience excruciating head pain, Nausea and vomiting, weak not eating. Client was given IV fluids and antiemetics and released the same day.

Medical history

Asthma, Incr B/P, Migraines/headaches, nerve pain,sciatica,numbness. Rheumatoid Arthritis(hands,feet,joints). Rosacea

Other medications

Spironolactone &Hydrochlorothiazide 50mg/d, Montelukast Sodium 10mg/day, Neurontin Gabapentin 200mg 3 x/day

Allergies

Erythromycin; Swelling of face/throat, insects/bees; severe swelling of arm with edema, mold

Lab data

Client said lab tests taken at ER were normal.
