Symptom narrative

Approximately 8?12 hours after vaccination on 19-Nov-2025, patient developed fever (101.8 °F), chills, sore throat, ear pain, and a rapidly progressive, intensely pruritic maculopapular rash starting on face/trunk and spreading to near-confluent on torso, extremities, palms, and soles (no wheals, no angioedema, no respiratory distress). Treated with oral antihistamines, calamine lotion, and emollients. By day 6?7 post-vaccination: fever and systemic symptoms resolved, itching stopped, all lesions crusted/scabbed over. Current status (25-Nov-2025): recovering/resolving, scabs beginning to fall off, expected full resolution within 1?2 weeks with possible temporary post-inflammatory pigmentation. No hospitalization, no sequelae to date.
