per patient report, felt pain in shoulder soon after administration. pain did not subside after several weeks, patient scheduled appt with pcp to discuss

10/21/2025 - visit with PCP including Xray // 10/30/25 MRI performed: MRI shows mild degenerative changes of the shoulder joint. There is some fluid seen at the deltoid muscle and area where the shoulder meets collar bone -- > radiologist says bursitis, referral to (withheld name) Ortho and Physical Therapy.
